George S. Dillon George S. Dillon, age 60, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 5:15PM on Thursday, August 20, 2009 at the Troy Care & Rehabilitation Center. He was born on June 5, 1949 in Hensley, West Virginia to the late James Arnold and Leona Inez Ratliff Dillon. George is survived by two children; one brother, Herman Dillon of Tipp City, Ohio and one sister, Phyllis Ward of Columbus, Ohio. No public service is to be held.
