Gary L. Slough, 71, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at the Dayton Veterans Hospital, Dayton, Ohio. He was born in Miami County on January 25, 1933 to the late Samuel Lester and Dessie O. Kessler Slough. He is survived by three children, sons and daughter-in-laws: Rick J. DeborahSlough of Sidney, Ohio and Michael A. Patty Slough of Marlton, New Jersey and one daughter, Terri A. Slough of Australia. He is also survived by one sister and brother-in-law; Phyllis Paul Sarber of Troy, Ohio. He has five grandchildren, Denise; Leslie; Ricky; Dianna; and Kaitlyn, and three great grandchildren, Brandon; McCain and Harley. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Phillip and Robert Slough. He served in the US Army during the Korean War; was a past member of the Troy Fish & Game; Fraternal Order of Eagles, Troy, Ohio and Troy Elks Lodge. He graduated from Troy High School in 1952. He retired in 1995 from West Milton Precision Machine Tool.
