Gary W. Jones Gary W. Jones, age 55, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 1:54AM on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at his residence. He was born on November 10, 1953 in Sidney, Ohio, to T. Charlene Hickman Jones of Sidney and the late Donald Jones. His wife, Joyce "Susie" Napier Jones, survives. Other survivors include: one daughter, Jennifer Jones Slaven of Sidney, Ohio; one stepdaughter, Christina Clayton of Piqua, Ohio; four stepsons: Mike Clayton of Piqua, William Cathcart Jr. of Sidney, David Cathcart and Dustin Cathcart both of Troy; one brother, Donald Steven Jones of Sidney; two sisters: Diane Dobras and Jeannie Heinfeld both of Sidney, Ohio; and thirteen grandchildren. In addition to his father, Gary was preceded in death by his second wife, Rosie Sigman Jones and daughter, Alexis Nicole Jones in 1997 and son, Christopher Nicholas Jones in 2007. He was a 1972 graduate of Sidney High School. Gary was an avid hunter, golfer, outdoorsman and car enthusiast. He was a tool maker for American Trim in Sidney for 37 years. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Rock Springs United Baptist Church, Jones Hollow, Kentucky with Pastor Silas Coffey officiating. Interment will be in Rock Springs Cemetery, Jones Hollow, Kentucky. Friends may call from 3-7PM Friday, September 18, 2009 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy and one hour prior to the service at the church on Sunday.
