GALE B. COX, age 65, of Kettering, formerly of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton.  She was born on January 17, 1954 in Troy to the late Ishmael and Juanita (Blevins) Bentley.

Gale is survived by two children: Terry (Tricia) Swallow of Kettering and Tami Pike of Louisville, KY; one brother: Marvin (Linda) Bentley of Tampa, FL; grandchildren: Paige, Mariah, Bria, Peyton and Elijah; and great grandchildren: Kinsley and Rowan.  In addition to her husband, Noble "Bo" Cox, and her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister: Phyllis McKenna.

Gale was a member of Miamisburg Moose Lodge 1645.  She was formerly employed by Panasonic.  Gale loved gardening and outdoor activities.  She also loved spending time with her friends, family and her grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 15, 2019 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Troy.  Friends may call from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
