Frederick J. "Bud" Brown Frederick J. "Bud" Brown, age 76, of Troy, Ohio died at 2:09PM on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at the Koester Pavilion, Troy, Ohio following an extended illness. He was born August 4, 1934 to the late Roy C. "Brownie" Brown Sr. and Audrey Lauber Brown. He was married to Barbara Jean McGuire Brown who preceded him in death on August 7, 1987. He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Missy and Mike Brubaker of Bradford, Ohio and Melia "Leah" Seefluth of Troy, Ohio and son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Jeanne Brown of Troy, Ohio; brother and sister-in-law, Roy C. "Butch" and Sue Brown Jr.; sisters and brothers-in-law, Rosemary and Don Gheen; Carol and Elmer Jordan; and Lora Kingham all of Troy; grandchildren, Jami Geremy Mullennix of Piqua; Joshua Seefluth of Troy; Jodi Lynn John Bereczky of Bradford; Michael Ashleigh Brubaker of Piqua; and Daniel Brubaker of Piqua; and five great-grandchildren; and special friend, Sadrul. Bud was a 1952 graduate of Troy High School. He was owner of the Hobby Shop in Troy and retired from BF Goodrich Company in Troy after 25+ years of service. Services will be held 1:00PM Saturday, January 8, 2011 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with the Pastor Phillip P. DeLorme officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00AM-1:00PM on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Koester Pavilion.
