FREDA FAY HRITZ, age 70, of Troy, passed away on Friday July 28,2017 at her residence. She was born May 2, 1947 in Harlan Co. KY to the late George R. and Mildred (Small) Cook. Her husband Edward J. Hritz, survives.Freda is also survived by 4 sons: Tracy Potts of Sidney and Michael, James and Benjamin Potts of Springfield; six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; seven brothers: Bill, Ronnie, Bob, Gary, Dan, Tommy and David Cook; six sisters: Louanna, Georgia, Roselyn, Jawana, Mary Sue and Midge.Freda was a cook at various nursing homes in the Springfield area. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH.
