Francis E. "Butch" Lutz, 64, of Troy, Ohio died on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.

He was born on January 22, 1942 in Troy, Ohio to the late William E. & Catherine M. Logel Lutz.

He married Sandra L. Doyle Lutz, and she survives his wife of 40 years. Also surviving are his children, Lori & Jerome Wills of Troy, OH and Wendy & Jeff Adelman of Willard, OH; sisters; Rebecca Roberts of Sidney, OH; Collette Siders of Walterboro, SC and Kathleen Sherman of Houston; four grandchildren, Cory D. Kessler; Sanasha L. Adelman; Duncan J. Wills and Olivia A. Adelman; sister-in-law & brother-in-law; Susan & Harry Haight of Sykesville, MD; also he is survived by ten nieces and nephews; several grand nieces and nephews; cousins and many close friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, William Lutz Jr.

He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church; founding member of Fat Boys Club and a member of Cursillo Community.

He was a graduate of Miami East High School and a veteran of the US Marine Corp.

He retired from St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2006 at 10:00AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, Ohio with Co-Celebrants, Fr. James Duell; Fr. Frank Keferl and Fr. Gene Vonderhaar.

Burial will be in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio.

Friends may call on the family, Friday, June 16, 2006 from 2-4 & 6-8PM at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio.

There will be a rosary service at 8:00PM on Friday at the funeral home.
