Francis M. Hereford Francis M. Hereford, age 85, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 4:47PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on January 24, 1927 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late William and Marie Riley Hereford. He is survived by brother, Charles Hereford and sister, Maude "Ellen" Freese both of Troy. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hereford was preceded in death by ten brothers and sisters. He was a retired railroad worker.
