Francis L. Conway, 88, of Troy, Ohio, died at 5:50PM Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at Harborside Health Care Center, Troy. He was born August 7, 1919, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Leo F. and Elizabeth Steir Conway. He was married to C. Pauline BrumbaughConway who preceded him in death on February 7, 1995. Mr. Conway is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: David and Jana Conway of Sugar Grove, NC, John Conway of Springfield, OH and Charles and Linda Conway of Urbana, OH; stepson, Charles and Betty Funderburg of Somerset, KY; six grandchildren and several step-grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents and his spouse, Pauline, he was preceded in death by his step-son, Dwaine Funderburg; one brother, Norman; and two sisters, Gertruded and Grace. He retired in 1981 from St. Regis Paper Company of Troy, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM Friday, March 7, 2008 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio, with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
