Frances (Bermudez) Collins, of Troy, OH, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2025 at Troy Care and Rehab. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and lived in West Virigina, Colorado, and Ohio. She was a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and a great grandmother.

Frances is survived by her sons: Troy D. Collins of Brevard, NC, James F. (Lisa) Collins of Centreville, MD; daughter: Cynthia A. (Mike) Folkerts of Troy, OH; grandchildren; and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Floyd Collins.

Frances loved walking with her dog, and sewing clothes and draperies.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Baird Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Cemetery, New Carlisle. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM-1:00PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
