Florence Strothman, of Troy, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2003 at Harborside Healthcare Center. She was born on Sept. 24, 1914 to the late William and Delpha Shendler Borradaile. She is survived by 2 daughters; Barbara Shepard of Columbus, Ohio, and Nelda Blackford of Springfield, Ohio. She also is survived by a brother; Earl Borradaile of Davison, MI., and a sister, Eleanor Cheek of Richmond, IN. She has 6 grandchildren, Brent Coppock of Lewisburg, Ohio; Joyce Coppock of Troy, Ohio; Nilah Hurley of Belle Plains, MN.; Shauna Jackson of Troy, Ohio; John Shepard of Atlanta, GA; and Kip Shepard of Plano, TX. She also has 10 great-grand-children. She was a member of the United Church of Christ, in Pleasant Hill, Ohio.
