F. Edward Lewis who was killed in an automobile accident in Michigan City, Indiana is survived by his wife, Joanne Yardlay Lewis; mother, Charlotte Boram Lewis; stepmother, Laura Lewis; one son, Alex Lewis; one daughter, Julia Lewis; two brothers, Neil Lewis and Jim Lewis; stepbrothers, Ron Trostel, Gary Trostel; four stepsisters, Janet Hobart, Ruth Hines, Karen Redding and Carol Ann Dove. Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his father, Walter Lewis and one step brother, Tom Landes.

Services were at First Baptist Church, Troy, OH with burial in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio.  Contributions are requested to International Teams, Lewis Memorial Fund/Children's education, 411 W. River Rd., Elgin, IL  60123.
