Ethel Ivonetta Wagner of Troy, Ohio died Mon. 1/4/99 at Harborside Healthcare Center in Troy, OH.  Mrs. Wagner was born 9/15/1915 in Osborn, Greene Co., OH. to the late Dan and Estell Miller Sheets.  She is preceded in death by her husband Hershel M. Wagner in 1989 and a daughter Norma Collins in 1997.  She is survived by a Niece Lorraine 'Pete' Groseclose of Enon, OH; Doris McElwain of New Carlisle, OH and a Nephew Raymond Cline of New Carlisle.  Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon Thurs. 1/7/1999 at the Baird Funeral Home.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00am to 12 Noon on Thurs. 1/7/1999.
