Ethel May Tasker, 87, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at her residence after a sudden illness. She was born on November 12, 1917 in Eubank, Kentucky to the late Powell and Dora May. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Tasker in 1981. Also preceding her in death, are three sisters; stepson, Gerald Tasker and two step-grandsons. She is survived by her daughters and Son-in-law: Eva Pantakis of Arizona and Jeri and Neil Jackson of Troy, Ohio and stepson and step-daughters-in-law: Michael and Beverly Tasker of Texas and Connie Tasker of Casstown, Ohio. She also is survived by a sister and brother-in-law: Irene and Roger Rice of Springfield, Ohio. She has eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Troy, Ohio. She attended Cedarville College. She was a former educator in Miami County and Troy Schools. She touched many lives with her love of Jesus. The Rev. Dr. James C. Wilson II will be officiating the service with burial in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. Contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, 110 W. Franklin Street, Troy, Ohio.
