Ethel Jean Noble Ethel Jean Noble, age 69, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 2:50PM on Sunday, February 1, 2009 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born on October 26, 1939 in Troy, to the late Sparky and Thena Ione Larck Persinger. Her husband of 50 years, David Noble, survives. She is also survived by five sons and daughters-in-law: Kenneth Lee and Sharon Noble, Kerry Gene Noble and girlfriend, Lee, Garrett Mae and Roberta Noble, Freddie Noble and girlfriend Telly, and Ryan Plantz; one daughter, Kathaleen Noble; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Harry Robert and Margaret Persinger and Howard Wilson Persinger; two half-brothers: Lenvil and Clark Persinger; six half-sisters: Bonnie Eby, Lori Hughes, Tammy Hicks, Lorraine Street, Lisa McGill and Margaret D. Paul; eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and her step-mother, Patricia Persinger, Mrs. Noble was preceded in death by one son, Gerald, one grandchild, a brother and a sister. She was a 1958 graduate of Troy High School and a member of the Victory Deliverance Pentecostal Church in Troy. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Thursday, February 5, 2009 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Clarence Stafford officiating. Interment will be in Highlands Cemetery, Covington, Ohio.
