Emma Foutz Robbins, age 78 of Troy died Wednesday, January 3, 2001. She is survived by her children, James Edward Robbins; Barbara Anderson; Don and Terry Robbins; Margaret Weddle and Sandra Bloomfield; siblings, Jud Foutz; Virginia Hangen; Roberta Medford and Irene Bonakoski; fifteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leonard Robbins; two children, Kenneth and an infant. She was a member of the Troy View Church of God.
