Emerson D. Keiser, age 86 of Troy died October 9, 2003 in Troy. Born of the late, Henry C. and Ida B. Brown Keiser in Miami County. He is survived by his wife, Genevieve Lyons; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Marilyn Breeze; David K. and Kathy Breeze and Dale A. and Karen Breeze; sister, Gladys I. Shoupp; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; nieces, Nancy Nims and Aimeena Pamplin; nephews, James Keiser and Dean Shoupp. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Raymond and Leslie Keiser. A WWII US Army Veteran having served in France, he was a member of the VFW Post #5436; American Legion Post #43 and AmVets Post #88. He was retired from Troy Lumber Company.
