Elsie F. Cost is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Clarence Newman; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth Ward, Chester and Freda Ward, Forest and Marion Ward; two sisters, Gladys Stanley and Dorotha Gingrich; a granddaughter, Kyle L. Stone; a grandson, S. Scott Newnam and two great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Roseabelle Alexander Ward;  three brothers, Mearl, Charles and Paul Ward and one sister, Annabell Robinson.
