Eleanor I. Duncan, age 82, of Troy, OH passed away on August 15, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on March 4, 1942 in Pearl, KY to the late Elbert and Grace (Hamblin) Bray.

Eleanor is survived by her children: Eric (Teresa) Duncan of Troy; Gregg Duncan of Troy and Jackie (Joseph Tilton) Wagner of Conover; grandchildren: Thomas (Cory) Duncan; Leah (BJ) Birtcil; Whitney (Tony) Detrick and Blane (HaiLee) Wagner; great-grandchildren: Nathan, Owen, Trenton, Franklin, Myles, and Baby Gracie; brother: Frank Bray of Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years: Dennis R. Duncan; brothers: Jim Bray, Cecil Bray, and Elden Bray; and sisters: Cleo Hamblin, Margie Oliver, Hazel Rigby and Beulah Alexander.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at Casstown Cemetery.
