Eleanor J. Depweg, 80, of Sidney formerly of Troy died Friday June 2, 2006 at Sidney Care Center in Sidney, Ohio. She was born September 10, 1925 in Friendship, Ohio to the late Ellis Fawns and Margaret Minnie Fawns. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Liveta and William Humbert of Vandalia; Son and daughter-in-law Robert and Barbara Depweg of Maplewood, Ohio; sister Doris Coy of Sidney and sister-in-law Dorothy Depweg of Troy; 4 grandchildren Shawn and Rhonda Humbert, Dustin and Nicole Humbert, Keith and Lori Morgan, Stephanie Morgan and Jonathan Jackson; 6 great grandchildren Alexa, Cody, Khya and Dylan Humbert, Jessica Sanford and Jacob Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Ralph R. Depweg. She was a member of Sidney Church of the Brethren and was a bookkeeper for Goodyear Store in Piqua and at Troy Ford. Services will be Wednesday June 7, 2006 at Baird Funeral Home with Pastor Brent K. Driver officiating. Burial will follow at New Carlisle Cemetery. Friends may call on the family Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral Home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
