ELDORA "LEON" MILLER

ELDORA "LEON" MILLER, age 95, passed away surrounded by her loved ones at Upper Valley Medical Center, October 16, 2015.  She lived at 1219 Maplecrest Drive, Troy, OH, with her great grandson Adam-Michael Centliver.  She is preceded in death by her brothers Glen Elliott, Harold "Si" Elliot, and daughter Margaret "Peggy" Peiser, and a niece and two nephews.

Leon worked many years as a beautician in Troy where she owned and operated her own beauty shop.  In her earlier years she was member of ABWS, a member of the woman's bowling league, and Trojan Square dancing club.  She also was a regular at the Senior Citizen Center where she played cards.

Leon is survived by her daughter Mina Jane Jones of West Jefferson, OH.  Grandchildren Kevy and her husband Andrew Centliver of Troy Ohio, Steve Jones and his wife Angie of West Jefferson Ohio, Shannon and her husband Lewie Christian of West Jefferson Ohio.  Her Great Grandchildren Adam-Michael Centliver, Phillip Centliver, Gabrielle "Berea" Centliver, and Wyatt Centliver all from Troy Ohio.  Morgan Christian and his wife Taylor of London Ohio. Tyler Jones of West Jefferson Ohio and her great-great grandson Haydon Christian of London Ohio.  She also had two nephews, Charles and Dennis Elliott, one niece, Susan Mallot, and several great nieces and nephews.

There will be a graveside service at 2 PM on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Wheelock Cemetery on Wheelock Road in Nashville, Ohio.  Arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home in Troy.  Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.bairdfuneralhome.com .
