Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Kathleen Kerr Lukens, two daughters, Jennifer Lukens attending O.U. & Amy Lukens at home; brothers & sisters-in-Law, William & Wanda Lukens of Troy, OH; Russell & Marilyn Lukens of Sarasota, FL; sister & brother-in-Law, Catherine & Charles Melvin of Troy, OH; Several nieces & nephews, father-in-Law and mother-in-Law, Raymond and Betty Kerr of Troy, OH. Mr. Lukens attended Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church, he was an active runner and musician, playing keyboard in the tribute band ''Doors on Fire''. Graduate of Milton Union High School '68.
