Edward L. Gray, age 69 of Troy died Saturday, May 15 in Troy. Born of the late, Lawrence and Mildred Gray, he is survived by his wife of 14 years, Mary Rush Gray. Three sons and daughters-in-law survive, Daniel and Sherri Gray; Dale and Randie Gray and Richard and Jeannie Gray; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Tom Courtney; brother, Charles Gray; grandchildren, Brittany; Cameron; Rodney; Heather; Kiley and Emory Gray and Stephanie Stewart; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Elizabeth Cruea and Mackenzie Varidy. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Mary and brother, Emory as well as Charles and Lutie Rummer who raised him. A member of the Tipp city Fraternal Order of the Eagles; Troy Fish and Game Club and the Loyal Order of the Moose. He retired from Ivex Corporation in November, 1996 after 25 years of service.
