Edith T. Kessler, age 86, of Willoughby, Ohio, formerly of Troy, Ohio died Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Willoughby. Born of the late, Upton B. Thomas and Emily Hoffman Thomas in Troy, Ohio. She was married to James C. Kessler who preceded her in death. Also preceded in death by one brother, Upton B. Thomas Jr. and two sisters, Ellen O. and Mary Dorothea Thomas. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Judith K. and Kent Smith and Jane T. and R. Wood Caldwell; sons and daughters-in-law, William R. and T.J. Kessler and James B. Kessler and Dawn Fischer, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A lifetime member of the Trinity Episcopal Church in Troy, she along with her late husband were involved with the Waco Historical Society and the Waco4. Edith was a graduate of Troy High School. She was an employee of the former Kolter's Jewelry store in Troy and a Mother Extraordinaire.
