Dottie Groff Tecklenburg, 70, of Troy, Ohio passed out of this life on Monday, February, 16, 2004 at the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio. She was born on March 28, 1933 in Troy, Ohio to the late Walter & Edna Schnorr Groff. She is survived by her husband, Norbert W. Tecklenburg; four children, Kathy and Greg Dixon of Troy, Ohio; Matt and Lindsay Tecklenburg of Novi, Michigan; Michael and Sharon Tecklenburg of St. Louis, Missouri and Tom and Sharon Tecklenburg of Troy, Ohio. She also is survived by her brother, John Groff of Greensboro, NC. Mrs. Tecklenburg has seven grandchildren, Teckla and McGregor Dixon; Meghan, Billy, Kyle, Eric, and Ian Tecklenburg. Dottie retired from Riverside of Miami County as a Teachers Assistant and Adult Service Coordinator after 24 years. She worked for BF Goodrich before raising her children, She volunteered at St. Patrick's and the Upper Valley Medical Center. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. She graduated in 1951 from Troy High School and she also attended St. Patrick's School. There will be a rosary at 7:30pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Fr.
