Dorothy Scarff, age 85, of Troy, OH passed away on December 6, 2025 at Vancrest of Upper Valley, Troy. She was born on February 21, 1940 in Ashland, KY to the late William and Emma (Jackson) Stevens.

Dorothy is survived by her children: John Christopher  Keysor of Franklin, OH, Gregory Scott (Debbie) Keysor of The Villages, FL, Daniel Ray (Teresa) Keysor of Navarre, FL, and Rick N. (Laura) Scarff of Naperville, IL; grandchildren: Christina, Brian, Ashley, Megan, Tyler, Neah, Sean, Trey, Bryceson, Andrew, and Matthew; 23 great grandchildren; brother: Charles; and sister: Ruth.  In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband: Ned Scarff; brothers: Jack, Leo, Bob and Coulus; sister: Mary; daughter-in-law: Kathy; and grandson: Derek Alexander Keysor.

Dorothy was a homemaker.
