Dorothy E. Ross, 90, formerly of Troy died July 8, 2004 in Sandusky, Ohio. Born of the late, William Charles and Jessie Rhoden Strine in Dayton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Forrest; daughter, Claudia Lickfelt; brother, Robert Strine and sister, Helen Strine. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Betty and Robert May; Elaine Ross; Carolyn Ross and Gary Lickfelt; grandchildren, Bryan Terry May; Lisa Scott Ganka; Andrew Lickfelt and Matthew Lickfelt; great-grandchildren, Holley and Nathan May and Zachary Ganka; nieces and nephews, Gerry Ross; Nina Montgomery; Jim Ross; Miriam Mundis and Cora Sue Broome. Dorothy was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy and the Troy Senior Citizens. She was a graduate of the Troy High School. Formerly, she was employed with the Troy Laundromat which was the first laundromat in Troy founded by her parents.
