Dorothy Mae Brinkley Plank Dorothy Mae Brinkley Plank, age 69, of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at Rest Haven Nursing Home, Greenville, Ohio. She was born on August 2, 1939 in Decherd, Tennessee, to the late James and Hazel Scott Brinkley. Her husband, John D. Plank preceded her in death on January 30, 2001. She is survived by her children: Tamela Davis of Hubert, North Carolina, Brenda Sarensen of Vancouver, Washington, Pamela Fletcher of Maynardville, Tennessee, Roger Plank of Soledad, California; stepdaughters: Linda Plank and Kimberly Allison both of Toledo, Ohio; brother, James Calvin Brinkley Jr. of Cave Creek, Arizona; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Crystal Marie Davis and grandson, Patrick Mack. She was a member of the St. Marys Catholic Church, Greenville and former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose in Greenville, Ohio and the Elks Lodge of Show Low, Arizona. Dorothy was employed as a nurse in various locations during her working career, however her life was her family and her husband. Funeral services will be held at 12noon on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Father James Duell officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
