Dorothy J. Leedom is survived by her her son, Jackie Lee Fry; daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Danny Cremeans; brother, Lawrence Spitler; sisters, Betty Lou Bashore and Ruth Booher; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Dora Rohrer Spitler; her first husband, William Robert Fry and her second husband, Russell Leedom; son, and three sisters.

Burial was in Casstown Cemetery, Casstown, Ohio.
