Dorothy L. Landenburg Dorothy L. Landenburg, age 80, of Troy, Ohio, died on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Upper Valley Medical Center, ER, Troy. She was born on April 18, 1929 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Edward Charles and Betsey Viola Bates Shoe. She was married to Harry Earl Landenburg who preceded her in death in 1992. She is survived by daughters: Carolyn S. Trisler of Troy, Debra Landenburg and companion, James Woods of Troy and Janice Detrick and companion, Jai Grager of Troy; sons: Robert Trisler of Troy and Chuck Trisler of Texas; sister, Mary Shoe of Troy; brothers: Bud Shoe of Iowa and Richard Shoe of Piqua, Ohio; grandchildren: Randy Detrick of Troy, Daniel Detrick of Troy, Tasha Detrick of Piqua, Brandy Kolker of Troy, Brittney Kolker of Anna, Jason Trisler of Troy, Alicia Crager of Troy, Donovan Crager of Troy, Michelle Wintrow of Troy, Chris Wintrow of Covington, Josh Wintrow of Troy and Dylan Landenburg of Cridersville, Ohio; great-grandchildren: Allie, Brice, Araya, Madison, Lexie, Mara and Kenzie; niece, Brenda Corey and husband Charles Frost of Troy; nephews: Ricky and Bubby Corey both of Texas. In addition to her parents and her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by one daughter, Beverly Wintrow; two sons: Marvin Trisler and Billy Landenburg; sister, Gladys Koler; and three brothers: Edward L. Shoe, Bob Shoe and Ray Shoe. Dorothy worked at Stagers Restaurant. She loved working in her yard, roller skating, and cookouts and most of all, she loved fishing. She was a homemaker and a loving grandmother. She also loved animals, including her own, Tiny and Sugar. Memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Rev. Roger Damron officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery Troy.
