Doris Kouse is survived by her husband, Leonard E. Kouse; one daughter and son-in-law, Sheri and John Brady; one son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Liza Kouse; four sisters and brother-in-law, Eileen Studebaker, Miriam and Richard Gundolf, Naomi Dick, Erdine Leapley; a sister-in-law, Rachel Martin; five grandchildren, Sean and Ryan Brady, Heather and Erica Kouse and Stacy Renner, a great granddaughter, Erin Catherine Brady.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Flossie Baker Leapley.

Burial was in New Carlisle Cemetery.  Contributions were requested to First Baptist Church Van Fund.
