Donnita K. Collett is survived by her husband, of 32  years, Jerry W. Collett; a son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Penny Collett and one grandson, Spencer Collett; her parents, Don and Reva Wright Heffelfinger; one brother, Michael Heffelfinger and one sister, Linda Stamper.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald.

She was owner/operator of Eastside Family Salon in Troy.

Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Troy, Ohio.
