Donna Marie (Dugan) Jackson, age 69, of Troy, Ohio passed away on June 20, 2024 at her home in Troy.

Donna was born on June 20, 1955 in Nelsonville, Ohio.  She was the second oldest of seven children born to Jean M. (Hoolihan) Dugan and John J. Dugan who have preceded her in death.

She is survived by Robert (Bob) Jackson, her loving husband of 26 years, her son Matthew Dugan, sisters Deborah Dugan, Pamela Price (Bob), Melissa Gilardi, and brothers Sean Dugan (Madeleine), Brian Dugan (Melanie) and Terrence Dugan (Rebecca), grandchildren Louis Dugan and Kohl Snider, Bob's children Jeff and Laura Jackson, Stacy and Ron Barnhart, and his grandchildren Grace (John) Schmiesing, Decker Jackson, and Samantha (Myles) Trempe.

Donna attended Julienne High School for three years and graduated from Wayne High School in 1973. She graduated from Edison State College and had a wonderful career as a Human Resource Professional.  She was a long time HR director at A.M. Leonard in Piqua.

Donna and Bob lived for many years in Piqua and most recently in Troy.  She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Piqua.  Donna was a devoted wife and loved her family very much.  She loved to read and enjoyed watching her grandson Louis excel in sports.

Donna will be greatly missed by her family and friends.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Piqua with burial to follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.

Donna was very generous with many local charities with a special interest in the Family Abuse Shelter.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Shelter.  Condolences may be expressed to the family through www.bairdfuneralhome.com.
