Donna Stump Bowers Donna Stump Bowers, age 74, of Troy, Ohio, passed away at 1:00PM on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at her residence. She was born on March 15, 1936 in Covington, Ohio to the late Clifford and Edna Fessler Stump. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Jones of Troy; son and daughter-n-law, David and Tamela Hershey of Troy; two brothers, Roger Stump of Tipp City, Ohio and Dale Stump of Georgia; six grandchildren: Sara Mike Spears, Steve Gray, Stacy Justin Owens, Misty Musselman, Jason Susan Laycox and David Stephanie Laycox; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers. She attended Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City, Ohio. She lived for her grandkids and great-grandkids; they were her life. She retired in 1985 from Brown Bridge Mills. Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with Pastor George Sutherland officiating. Interment will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. Friends may call from 6-8PM on Friday at the funeral home.
