Donna M. Blair Seventy four years, eleven months and eleven days after she entered this earth, Donna M. Blair departed this life. She was formerly of Troy, Ohio, more recently of Sebring, Florida and passed away at 5:09AM on Thursday, December 11, 2008 at SpringMeade Health Center, Tipp City, Ohio. She was born December 30, 1933 in Miami County, to the late Omer and Marie Martindale Million. She was married to Ivan Blair who preceded her in death in 1983. Survivors include two daughters: Brenda Blair of Troy, Ohio and Marcia Taynor of Vandalia, Ohio; one sister, Janice Hicks of Conneaut, Ohio; and one brother and sister-in-law, Phillip and Betty Million of Pierpont, Ohio. In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Blair was preceded in death by one son, Charles Allan Blair. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Sebring, Florida and an associate member of the First United Methodist Church, Troy. While living in Florida, Mrs. Blair was active as a volunteer with the church, library, and New Hope. She was formerly employed as a clerk with Revco in Tipp City and former bus driver with Troy City Schools. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008 at First Place Christian Center, 16 W. Franklin St., Troy with Rev. James C. Wilson II and Rev. Ed Ellis officiating. Interment will follow at Miami Memorial Park, Covington, Ohio. Friends may call from 5-8PM Friday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
