Donald Ray Fields Donald Ray Fields, 62, of Troy, Ohio, died at 11:38PM on Sunday, August 24, 2008 at Harborside Health Care Center, Troy, following a recent illness. He was born on April 12, 1946, in Covington, Kentucky, to the late Andrew Jackson and Helen Marie Hamilton Fields. His wife of 37 years, Nancy F. Good Fields, survives. In addition to his wife, Nancy, Mr. Fields is survived by three sons: Donald Ray Fields Jr. and Amy of Troy, Keith Allen Fields and Jennifer of Powell, Ohio and Randall Andrew Fields and special friend, Elizabeth Wardlaw, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four sisters: Donna Warner and Anne Knarr both of Florence, Kentucky, Jackie Morris of Covington, Kentucky and Lisa Hughes of Taylor Mill, Kentucky; one brother, David Fields of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky; and five grandchildren: Grace, Delaney, Mitchell, Addisyn and Annalee. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Ralph Fields. Mr. Fields was a graduate of Thomas More College in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. He was also a US Air Force Vietnam Veteran and a manufacturing engineer at Emerson/Copeland. A memorial service will be held at 7:00PM Friday, August 29, 2008 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Private interment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
