Donald Dean Eichhorn, age 63, of Troy, OH, formerly of Middletown, OH died Sat., April 26, 2008 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy, OH. He was born April 4, 1945 in Wichita, Kansas to the late Harold "Pete" Eichhorn and Margaret Jacobs Eichhorn. He is survived by one daughter, Kandi Gravenmier of California; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Wally Eichhorn of Alabama, Maurice and Helene Eichhorn of New Jersey, Jerry and Verna Eichhorn of Colorado; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Bill Chaney of Middletown, OH and Sharon and Bob Herrmann of Eldorado, OH; grandson, Evan; and also survived by several nieces and nephews and his companion and beloved dog, Woody. A member of the American Legion, he was a veteran of the US Air Force. He retired as a systems analyst with school system in California before returning to Ohio. Service will be held 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the Baird Funeral Home, Troy, OH with interment in Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, OH.
