Dnald Anderson died at his residence in Troy,Ohio on Saturday, September 8, 2001. He is survived by six children: Allen Ray and Lenore Anderson, Garry Lee and Winnie Anderson, Donald Eugene and Sherri Anderson, Dr. Dennis James Anderson, Christine Ann Browning and Beverly Jean and John C. Sr. Albaugh; three brothers, Emmitt Anderson, Emil Anderson, David Anderson, four sisters, Doris Weatherhead, Peggy Miller, Janet Newman and Shirley Shiltz. He has 23 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his wife, Carol A.W. Oldham Anderson, his parents, Art M. Anderson and Elsie Hansford Anderson, stepmother and twin brother, Douglas. He was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Troy. Mr. Anderson retired in 1992 from the Troy Board of Education as Supervisor of Maintenance after 30 years of service. Contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County or American Cancer Society.
