Dieuwke E. "Dini" McDaniel Dieuwke E. "Dini" McDaniel, age 84, of St. Marys, Ohio and formerly of Troy, Ohio and Pearson, Florida passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 in the Otterbein Retirement Community, St. Marys, Ohio. Dini was born June 8, 1924 in the Netherlands to the late Aaldert Greven and Grietje Russner Greven. Dini was married to Russell "Bob" McDaniel on December 24, 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1999. Also preceding her in death are her son, Robert McDaniel, an infant brother and two sisters: Daddema Puckie Doddma and Greta Adams. Survivors include her sister Erna Bondurant of Troy, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. Dini graduated high school in the Netherlands in 1942 and worked as a Bookkeeper in Pioneer School, Pearson, Florida. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, May 18, 2009 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, Ohio with Pastor Matt Harbour officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery Troy, Ohio.
