Dianna Kay Gallagher, age 79, of Troy, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at her residence.  She was born on December 29, 1941, in Frankfort, IN to the late William and Hazel Mae (Huffer) Davis.

Dianna is survived by four children: Michael (Julie) Gallagher of Christiansburg, OH, Deborah (David) Rentmeester of Greenleaf, WI, Jill (Steve) Eckart of Argos, IN and Lori Ganger of West Milton, OH; one brother: Gary Davis of Orange, CA; four sisters: Barbara Gunyon, Sandra Arlene Johnston and Connie Davis, all of Frankfort, IN, and Cheryl Ballenger of Lafayette, IN; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Billie J. Gallagher on November 30, 2012.

Dianna most recently attended  Pleasant Hill Church of God and Only Believe Ministries, Botkins.  She was extremely spiritual and was passionate about her faith.  Dianna was a former member of Troy View Church of God,  where she taught children's classes and was church pianist for over 30 years.  Dianna held home Bible studies with ladies as a way of sharing her faith.  She also taught Bible classes at Troy Senior Center.  Dianna loved spending time in her flower gardens, playing cards with friends, crafting with her grandchildren and quilting and reading books.  She was a certified dental assistant.

Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Baird Funeral Home in Troy with Rev. Steve Eckart officiating.  Burial will follow in Honeycreek Cemetery in Christiansburg.  Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
