Diane H. Seiple, age 84, of Troy, OH passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018 at her residence.  She was born on September 8, 1933 in Cleveland, OH to the late Frederick and Dorothy (King) Farrance.  Diane was married to her husband of 61 years, David C. Seiple and he preceded her in death on December 17, 2014.

Diane is survived by four daughters: Laura (John) Shindeldecker of Malaga, Spain; Elaine (John) Gillen of Ashton, MD: Edie (Mark) Tremblay of Troy, OH and Amy (Chris) Huston of Troy, OH;  grandchildren: Lucas (Jennifer) Shindeldecker of Beirut, Lebanon; Emily Shindeldecker of Columbus, OH;  Joel (Courtney) Shindeldecker of Charlottesville, VA; Rick (Stacy) Gillen of Columbia, MD; Dan Gillen of Falls Church, VA;  Chris (Brigid) Tremblay of Loveland, OH; Ryan Tremblay of Troy, OH; Kara (Sean) Frantom of Troy, OH and Abby Huston of Troy, OH; step granddaughter: Andrea Reeser and family of Huber Heights, OH;  great grandchildren: Elias, Caroline, Zachary, Molly, Grant, Jade and Ethan; honorary daughter: Ludee (Ted) Vermaas of Boise, ID and seven nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Diane was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Farrance.

She was a member of Ohio Alpha Sigma Masters Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.  She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.   She loved to cook, craft, and entertain family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 2, 2018 from 2:00-4:00PM at StoryPoint, 1840 Towne Park Drive, Troy.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, P. O.
