Dennis E. Creger Dennis E. Creger, age 68, a resident of Troy, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2010 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born February 20, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Herschel James and Charity Horn Creger. Dennis is survived by his wife, Carol Cottingham Creger of 30 years; son, Jeff Creger of Piqua, Ohio; daughter, Lori Aboulabroud of Elmendorf, Texas; stepsons: Charlie Blanton and James Blanton, both of Piqua, Ohio; grandchildren: Lela, Robert, and Lance; and great-grandson, Caleb. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Dennis was a U.S. Marine Veteran and a member of Miamisburg Moose Lodge 1645. He retired in 2003 from A.O. Smith of Tipp City after 38 years of service. Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, P.O.
