DELORIS "JOAN" LITTLEJOHN, age 86, of Yulee, FL; formerly of Troy, OH, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at her home. She was born on October 26, 1931 in Troy, OH, to the late John Floyd and Goldie (Fleck) Avey.

Joan is survived by her daughter: Cindy (Brent) Neves of FL; brothers: Marvin Avey of Troy and Norman Avey of FL; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her daughter: Joyce Murray; three sisters: Jean Favorite, Faye Saum, and Virginia Gerhart; and six brothers: Ralph, Harry, Harold, Donnie, Junior and Chuckie Avey.

Joan was a graduate of Troy High School. She was a member of Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30AM on December 9, 2017 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with burial to follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington, OH.  The family will receive friends from 9:30AM - 10:30AM on December 9, 2017.  Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice or Alzheimer's of Donor's Choice.
