Delbert Lee Stanfill, age 86, of Troy, OH passed away on September 17, 2022 at SpringMeade Health Center. He was born on April 23, 1936 in Fort Smith, AR to the late Ezra Otheo and Emily Ethel (Parker) Stanfill.

Delbert is survived by his wife: Mackie Jane Carson Stanfill; children: Phillip Randall Stanfill of Troy and Cindy Skaggs of Huber Heights; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Kenneth and Jim Stanfill; son-in-law: Robert Skaggs; and grandson: Brian Skaggs.

Delbert was a US Army Veteran, member of Teamster Local 957, First Baptist Church of Vandalia and Ham Radio Dayton. He retired as a truck driver for Arkansas Best Freight (ABF).

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Troy. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
