DEBRA RENEE CYPHERS, age 60, of Tipp City, OH, passed away Monday November, 13, 2017 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH. Debra was born December 21, 1956 in Piqua, OH to the late Hubert and Helen (Lawson) Vogann.

Debra is survived by her husband: Todd R. Cyphers of Tipp City; son: Daniel Todd Cyphers; daughter: Jaclyn R. Cyphers; granddaughter: Katherine; and siblings: Sherry Snyder, Kim LeVeck, and Steve Vogann. Debra was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters.

Debra was the secretary for her husband at Independent Trailer Services, Inc.

There will be no services. Local arrangements are being handled by Baird Funeral Home, Troy.
