Debra Ann Deskins Debra Ann Deskins, age 48, of Troy, Ohio passed away at 1:00AM on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at her residence. She was born on December 7, 1961 in Troy to Mary Blackburn Brock of Troy and the late Oval Junior Deskins. In addition to her mother, Debra is survived by two sons, Matthew and Chris; two brothers, John Deskins of Vandalia, Ohio and Bobby Deskins of St. Charles, Missouri; and one sister, Sandy Hartley of Piqua, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents. Debra was a graduate of Troy High School, class of 1981. She was a member of Troy View Church of God. She enjoyed singing at church and being around people. A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, July 2, 2010 at Baird Funeral Home, Troy with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
