Deborah Ann Rhodes Deborah Ann Rhodes, age 55, of Tipp City, Ohio, died Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at her residence. She was born September 12, 1952 in Waco, Texas, to Louis Perry of Florida and the late Patricia Courtney Perry. Her husband, Anthony R. Rhodes, survives. In addition to her father and her husband, Deborah is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Randy and Tammy Chaney, Ricky and Malinda Chaney and Shane and Lisa Chaney all of Troy; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Darrell Idle of Florida; and six grandchildren: Courtney, Tori, Emilee, Tara, Libby and Noah. She was preceded in death by her mother, two grandsons, Ricky Jr. and Joseph Edward, and grandparents, Raymond and Rena Courtney.
