Deborah L. Baca, age 71, of Troy, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.  She was born on July 22, 1953, in Ironton, OH, to the late James and Ruth (Potter) Palmer.

Deborah is survived by one brother: Scott Palmer; two sisters: Marsha Palmer and Brenda Settles; sister-in-law: Delores Palmer; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas L. Baca; daughter: Jessi Lyn Baca in 2012; and brother: James Robert Palmer.

Deborah worked at St. Regis factory and later as a nurse at several group homes.

Graveside service will be held at a later date.  Burial will be in Miami Memorial Park in Covington.
