Dawnlynne "Kaye" McKelvey Bowling 56 of Troy, OH died Monday, August 29, 2005 after a 7 year battle with Cancer. Kaye was born April 27, 1949 in Springfield, OH, the daughter of Francis Alexander and Wanda Sharp. Kaye is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Scott Michael McKelvey and wife Tara of Ft. Eustis, Virginia; one daughter and son-in-law, Amanda Kaye and husband Darren Gabbert of Troy; one sister, Cheri Malone of Waverly, OH; one grandson, Logan McKelvey and one granddaughter, Riley McKelvey. She was preceded in Death by her father; first husband Mike McKelvey 1999 and second husband, Mike Bowling 2004. Kaye was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church, a board member of American Cancer Society and was active in Relay for Life and Look Good Feel Better Program. She taught Cosmetology @ Upper Valley JVS. Friends may visit at Baird Funeral Home Wednesday, August 31, between 5-8 PM. Services will be held Thursday, September 1, 2005 at 1:ooPM at Baird Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by Dr. James C. Wilson II with burial taking place at Maple Hill Cemetery.
