David Charles Welty, age 74, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at Troy Care and Rehabilitation.  He was born in Gibsonburg, OH, to the late Ray Charles and Mary Lou (Malott) Welty.

David is survived by two children: Doug Russell of Evans, CO and Jason Welty of Columbus Grove, OH; one sister: Bonnie Kissell of Findlay, OH; and three grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie (York) Welty and niece Mindy Kerby.

No services will be held.
